Questions

How can I make a reservation?

We currently only accept reservations on OpenTable, for parties of 2-6 guests. The link for our reservations calendar is in the top-right corner of this webpage. We do not accept reservations by email or phone, or in-person at the restaurant. For large parties or private events, please feel free to send us an email at events@chezfifinyc.com.

What are your hours?

‍We are open from Monday to Saturday, beginning at 5:00pm, with the last party seated in the dining room at 10:45pm. The upstairs cocktail lounge takes last call at 11:30pm.

How are reservations released?

‍New reservations are released on a rolling basis, three weeks in advance, at 10:00AM EST, on our OpenTable page.

Where can i see a menu?

‍Please visit our "Menu" page for an approximate version of our menu on a given evening. We can not guarantee the availability of any individual dish due to the evolving and seasonal nature of our offerings. Please follow our Instagram for more details. If you are concerned about how we can cater to a dietary restriction, please let us know by email at reservations@chezfifinyc.com.

Do you accept walk-ins?

‍We are happy to welcome walk-ins when space permits, both in our dining room and our upstairs cocktail lounge where we serve drinks and light snacks.

Where is the restaurant located?

‍Our address is 140 E 74th St, located on the southwest corner of Lexington and 74th. The nearest subway station is at 77th street and Lexington, which serves the 6 train.

Is there a dress code?

To ensure a comfortable dining experience, we ask that our guests present themselves at Chez Fifi with consideration to the ambiance of the space. Overly casual attire, such as athletic wear, pajamas, loungewear, t-shirts, and baseball caps, is not permitted.

What is your corkage policy?

We allow our guests to bring up to two bottles to their dinner at Chez Fifi, regardless of party size. The fee is $120 for a standard 750mL bottle, and $250 for a magnum (1.5L). Any additional corkage must be approved by our beverage team at least 48 hours ahead of the reservation. If you are interested in bringing more than two bottles, please send a message to reservations@chezfifinyc.com.

Do you respond Instagram DMs?

No, please do not use Instagram as a means to contact the restaurant. If you have a reservation and would like to contact someone on site, please do so using OpenTable. For all other inquiries, please send us an email.
